1 cup of Almond milk
3 Tblsp Chia Seed
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Tblsp Sultanas or Cranberries or both
Pinch of Cinnamon
6 Almonds, sunflower seeds, strawberries, mulberries, dash of honey, fresh fruit and coconut cream.
Place milk in blender add all other ingredients and mix slowly to combine.
When thoroughly mixed pour mixture into bowls of jars, leave 10 minutes to set.
When set add all or some of the topping ingredients. I like to use whatever I have available at the time. Can make it as colourful as you like.
