Green Smoothie In The RAW
1 Mango or 1 cup Berries
1-2 frozen Bananas
1 – 2 handfuls of Greens (spinach, kale, sweet potatoe leaves what everh you have)
about 400 ml to 600ml of Filtered water or some almond milk (what ever you desire) or even coconut milk ….
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth
Drink till you cannot drink anymore he he he
I generally make enough for two and pop one in a glass jar, filled to top and sealed in the fridge and use it later of the next day.
I must say in a good fridge they last a good time….
