Zucchini Crackers
Ingredients
180 g Flax Seed, soaked in purified water for 1-8 hours
350 g Walnuts or Pecans, soaked for 4-8 hours
350 g Zucchini
2 Tbs Nutritional Yeast
0,5 Tsp Himalayan Salt
1 Tsp Lime Juice
Method
Chop drained nuts and then add chopped zucchini, add remaining ingredients. Mix with spatula and spread on 2 Teflex lined dehydrater trays
Dehydrate at 115° F / 40° for 8 hours. Flip the sheets over and remove the liner
