Pulse – 100% Raw Superfood
1 Cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup of sesame seed, pumpkin seed, chia seed and flaxseed
1 heaped Tbsp of Cacao
1/2 cup dates
6 – 8 dried figs
handful of incan berries and goji berries
1 Tbsp of coconut oil
Add maca, spirulina or anything else you desire.
Mill down 1 cup of oats (organic rolled oats are better), this can be done in a Thermomix or a good quality food processor. Make sure oats are milled into a flour type consistency.
Add in almonds and walnuts, then blitz (make sure consistency is as smooth as possible). Other nuts such as brazil and hazelnuts can be added also if desired.
It is also nice to add 1/4 cup of apricot kernals.
Add in sesame, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and flaxseeds, then blitz. Again, making sure consistency is as smooth as possible.
Blitz in cacao powder
Blitz in dates, and 6 to 8 dried figs, and any other berries you decide to use
Mix coconut oil
Grind in a little Himalayan Sea Salt
Add any other ingredients you have chosen .
Mix will be either crumbly or sticky. TIP: add in a little agave or honey to bind.
Press the combined ingredients into a slice tray and put into the fridge. Then cut into small pieces for serving.
All ingredients could be organic so pulse is effectively cleansing the body
